Author: Miggy
Rating: PG-13
Setting: AU.
Written: Post-HPB.
Pairing: Draco/Hermione.
Length: 5227 words.
Notes: This was written for the Apocalyptothon, where I was writing for Vimesy’s request of “Slash or gen, the pairing doesn’t really matter. Discussions of blood purity and politics are always interesting. An original idea of why the world is ending/has ended. Something unrelated to Voldemort.” I mostly went for the “original idea of why the world is ending” angle, as it turns out. I had not seen this before in Potterfic, although considering the sheer mass of it out there, I’m sure that this has been done before. But, not for the Apocalyptothon, I’ll wager! (Watch me be wrong.)
Summary: They want to blame her for the slippery slope that the whole world has leapt down.

Author: Miggy
Rating: PG-13.
Setting: AU.
Written: Post-DH.
Pairing: This is a story about Harry and Draco, written for a H/D community. But it did not turn out a romance in any sense of the word.
Length: 18,986 words.
Summary: lol pretension:
“The shadow is an archetype, meaning that it exists in all of us. The shadow contains everything denied and despised, everything considered sinful and everything we find awkward or unnerving. Although the shadow is thought of as the dark side of the individual it should be noted that it could also contain undeveloped positive parts. Jung believed the shadow to be inferior and primitive in nature. Therefore since it is instinctive it is likely to have a disturbing influence on the personality of the individual unless it is confronted.”
“Confrontation with the Shadow,” Kevin Wilson

Rating: What do you call it when there are sexual situations but no explicit wording? Hard R? Soft NC-17? Meh, I don’t care.
Setting: Mid year six.
Written: Post-OotP.
Pairing: The hell if I know. Call it a H/D fic with hardly any H/D, except there’s actually someone else being focused on (but not really). Again: the hell if I know.
Length: 6637 words.
Summary: By the midpoint of the class, Harry finds himself openly staring at him. His chin is in his hand and he’d have a red splotch there if he tried to jerk away. He never used to take those kind of risks, but then, Draco never used to let Harry look at him without giving a glare and a sneer in return.
Draco used to cut down people he disliked by making vague threats about his father’s influence.
